Freaky Dog People Affiliate Program

Helping Dog Rescues, Spay & Neuter Clinics, Canine Assistance Programs, and other non-profit organizations create a year-round fundraising program to help provide the resources they so desperately need to continue their humanitarian efforts.

Unfortunately, as we all know, there are literally millions of homeless dogs who have no place to call home.  The good people of these organizations are trying to provide the love, care and resources for these dogs, but they face a daunting task.  The numbers are staggering and with the current state of the economy, these numbers are only increasing at alarming rates.

But there is hope… we all can make a difference – one dog at a time.

Our company, Freaky Dog People, Inc, has teamed up with non-profit Dog Rescue & Canine Assistance Organizations, etc. around the country in creating a program designed to help these organizations raise funds and awareness to continue their compassionate work.

The idea for our Affiliate Program for rescues and other non-profit organizations is designed on a basic wholesale program that a company like ours would set up for retail stores.  For a wholesale program, we would have to sell our products (high quality apparel for people) to the retail stores and offer them a substantial discount when they purchase the shirts, so that they can resell them to their customers.

Based on this simple concept, we thought we would tailor an Affiliate Program to specific, dog rescues, clinics, shelters, canine assistance programs, etc. to where we could offer a 30% commission on merchandise sold on our website from “click thrus” of banners on the organization’s website.  Unlike the wholesale program for retailers, the rescues and organizations would not have to buy any merchandise.  Our Affiliate Program software would be able to track the customers from your website that come to ours, and if those customers buy our merchandise, our software tracks the commission due to your organization and pays out monthly via PayPal.

Although we know this is not a new concept, we hope that it is an improved concept.  We think this can provide a win-win-win situation for all involved:

  • Your organization wins by earning a generous 30% commission for each sale plus creates a year-long fundraising campaign.  All you have to do is be a little creative in how to market to your database of customers.  We will work with you and setup banners and links that you can use to market.  We can also bring increased exposure to your organization through our own database of clients, our Facebook Fan page, and various promotions and events that we are involved with, plus cross promotions that we can do together.
  • Our company wins by increased exposure and sales of our merchandise.  The 30% commission is gladly paid to your organization/ blog because it not only helps you do what you do, but it gives us a way to create another avenue to reach more customers and create a mutually beneficial partnership with your organization, while also expanding the Freaky Dog People culture and community, all in the spirit of giving back.
  • The customer wins by knowing that the purchase of our quality merchandise is not only going to look and feel good, but will help their chosen organization (yours) raise funds and they are a big part of that on-going effort.  Plus, they will become part of the FDP community and interact with people that share similar interests.
